Kenseido is a Japanese martial art that trains the solid striking, kicking and blocking techniques of Karate and Kung Fu as well as the fluid controlling and locking techniques of Aikido and traditional Ju-jitsu. Fathered from Shorinji Kempo or “Shoalin Fist Style”, Kenseido is a direct descendant of the original Japanese martial arts origins.

Kenseido allows it's practitioners to achieve a level of competence and confidence to allow them to overcome conflict and avoid combat while enabling them to be capable of defending themselves powerfully if necessary. Also the confidence, fitness, balance, calm and athleticism gained through Kenseido training affects all the other aspects of their lives enabling a new level of capacity and achievement.

San Antonio Texas is fortunate to be home to the only Kenseido Instruction available in the United States. While there are many Dojo's (martial arts training facilities) in Japan teaching Kenseido, San Antonio is unique in this distinction in the U.S.

is to lack wisdom
